The Maroons finished fourth at this year's UAA Championship tournament and went 3-4 in conference play. This is McInerney's second straight second team All-UAA honor. She set a career high in kills with 25 against Millikin on October 28 th and did the same thing in total attacks with 71 against Case Western Reserve on November 11 th. McInerney paced the team in kills (338), aces (24), and digs (301) this year from the outside hitter position. Patel was an honorable mention selection last year and earned a first team spot during the 2021 season. She was also fourth on the Maroons with 257 digs and was second with 22 service aces. Patel was first on the team in assists with 828, giving her three straight years of at least 822 kills and a career total of 2,538. The Maroons notched two other spots on the list with second team honors going to third year outside hitter Maggie McInerney and fourth year setter Maya Patel. Mishra was also first team All-UAA last season.

All three of those figures were easily the top marks on the squad during 2023. Mishra has 18 solo blocks and 78 assists which equates to a blocks per set average of 1.02. She also had 22 service aces and 68 digs but where she really excelled was in the blocks department.

Mishra was second on the team with 250 kills this season in 94 sets, good for a 2.66 kills per set average.
